Switching from @ATT is a no brainer. 1. Other providers are cheaper & provide better service/performance.2. Other providers aren’t bankrolling groups who are out to destroy American Democracy or deep into Conspiracies.3. I switched to @TMobile cut our bill in half. Best 5G!

Just left AT&T for T-Mobile. AT&T is the prime funding of OAN so the hell with them. And T-Mobile has the best 5G network, too

@TMobileHelp getting my line activated by you guys has been a nightmare. 3 hours total hold time - 4 calls - one rep hang up who didn’t know what they were doing. Just brutal

@63GBPackerfan @ATT @TMobile Months. I call and they say they can work it out. But the rep lied and apparently they canceled my service so now I have to pay for 4 months. Which is absolutely ridiculous. And the remaining balance of the installment plan on a phone that they jacked up on. Nope. I was done

I have been a Sprint/@TMobile customer for five years. If this isn't resolved, I'm not only taking my business elsewhere but pursuing whatever legal recourse is available to me. This isn't a Robot Chicken Star Wars parody. You don't get to arbitrarily alter the deal.

Initial impressions of T-Mobile Home Internet are good. Ping is, unsurprisingly, higher. If the stability ends up being better, though, then they just stomped all over Xfinity.

@TMobile I am a sprint customer from 2009 and had been through many seamless upgrades. Today had my first upgrade experience with T-mobile on my family plan and regret my decision to continue with T-mobile. Upgrade is not complete yet forget about satisfaction. Well too late now
